About our service
B-ConX, On Demand public transport, provides a convenient, safe and reliable transport service in the Northern Rivers and Ballina areas.
The service transports passengers from the suburbs of Alstonville/Wollongbar and Chilcotts Grass/Goonellabah
to places of interest or transport hubs connecting with route bus services to the Ballina or Lismore areas.

To get started, simply download the B-ConX app on the App Store or Google Play, create an account and start travelling your way, when it suits you.
Don’t have a smartphone? Just call 13 ConX (13 26 69), during operating hours to place a booking.
You will now be able to book your bus to pick you up at a convenient location close to your home.
B-ConX can deliver you to your destination within the service area, or onto a connecting route service bus of your choosing. For added convenience, connecting route service bus can be booked via the app.
All buses are wheelchair accessible. Customers with wheelchairs or who require added assistance will be picked up/dropped off at their home.

Payment will be made direct to the driver.

When booking your trip via the app, you will be able to choose from:
- points of interest
- a location of your choosing within the service area
- or a service connecting you to Lismore or Ballina
